The calm after the storm really does make me appreciate the storm that much more. Running has always been therapeutic for me, and these runs outside of Nyon, Switzerland, spoke to me in some very difficult moments. If you’re in the midst of a dark cloud, I hope that glimmer of light begins to shine through for you soon. Hope is on the horizon even if you can’t see it yet.
