Returns and Exchanges

It is of utmost importance for me that you love your artwork as much as I do! Please do take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colors on different screens if color variation is a concern. I attempt to display each piece of work as close to its true color and texture as possible but realize the colors may vary slightly in person.

All sales are final however I wish everyone to be happy in their purchase! For that reason, if you have any concerns please contact me directly.

Commissions

I do accept commissioned projects when my schedule is not fully booked and depending on the scope of the project. Please contact me directly for information regarding my availability, the process and pricing.

Shipping

Local pick up is available for original artwork. Shipping is available nationally for all original artwork and prints, please see shipping costs on individual listing. International shipping is available upon request however, before purchasing, please let me know your zip/postal code for an estimated shipping cost.

Terms

Please note I retain all rights to all artwork I create, even those of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has purchased the full rights to the artwork (in addition to purchasing the original).

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit without my written permission. Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full rights to your painting. If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media I request the credit for the artwork be attributed in publication.
