With runs through the vineyards, along the lake, across the countryside, and through the hills, all including constant views of the mountains, it’s no wonder distance running became a passion of mine. This view of Allaman, Switzerland was a regular loop for me from St. Prex. The fall was my favorite as the leaves on the vines began to change, yet there was still a warmth in the air, and the vineyards were busy with the harvest. Even more reason to support local business and drink local wine.
